The New York State Department of Labor is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP), “Unemployment Insurance Integrity Center of Excellence Training – Bid U-19.” The purpose of this RFP is to secure the services of an eligible organization (Vendor) that can assist the national Unemployment Insurance Integrity Center of Excellence (Center), led by the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL), by developing and delivering effective and efficient training on Unemployment Insurance (UI) fraud solutions and integrity strategies to all states and territories in order to improve the integrity of the UI program. This development and delivery effort will be overseen by the Center. The Vendor will be required to work directly with the Center, in coordination with its Steering Committee, and participating states and territories’ staff.
