The New York State Department of Labor is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP), “Unemployment Insurance (UI) Integrity Center of Excellence Data Analytics and Predictive Modeling – Bid U-23.” The purpose of this RFP is to secure the services of an eligible organization (Vendor) to assist the National UI Integrity Center of Excellence (Center), led by the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL), to develop and deliver an effective and efficient Tool to predict UI fraud. The tool is anticipated to be transferable to all states to improve the integrity of UI programs. This development and delivery effort will be overseen by the Center. The Vendor must work directly with the Center in coordination with its steering committee and participating states’ staff.
